01 — Before it starts

Pre-emergent, timed to Tucson

Two applications a year, laid before the winter and summer flushes, so the seed bank never reaches the surface. It is the visit that makes every other visit smaller.

  • Winter flush
  • Summer flush
  • Whole-yard

02 — After it is up

Post-emergent, matched to the species

Knockdown for what already came up, chosen for what is actually growing rather than sprayed blanket — then a pre-emergent behind it so the same yard does not need this twice.

  • Clearing visit
  • Follow-up
  • Spot treatment

How a visit works

  1. You call or send the form

We ask what is growing, how big the area is, and whether anything has been sprayed already.

  2. We walk the property

Usually within the week. You get a written price for the work and the schedule it sits on.

  3. We treat, then come back

The follow-up is part of the price, not an upsell — a yard that regrows was not finished.

Questions we get

If yours is not here, call and ask — a person picks up.

How often does a yard need treating?

Two visits a year covers most Tucson properties — one ahead of the winter flush, one ahead of the summer one. A yard that has been left a while usually needs a clearing visit first.

Is it safe around pets and kids?

[Your answer. The label, the re-entry time, and what you tell people to do on the day.]

Do you treat gravel and decomposed granite?

[Your answer.]

What does it cost?

[Your answer. A range and what moves it is more useful here than a number.]

Do you take HOA and commercial work?
